I have been in the insurance industry for the past twelve years, taking over the agency in 2013 from my dad and opening my second location in 2016. Following my dad’s footsteps, he had been in the industry for 30+ years and got me started while I was in college. I got to experience the insurance business from my dad’s point of view and learn from his experiences. I put in the time learning everything I could from my amazing mentors and co-workers. I get excited when a client wants to review their policy and coverage and they understand the value that we can provide to them as their insurance advisor. I see so many situations where clients are under insured or over insured and when I get the chance to look things over I can truly make a difference in their lives either by educating, preventing a financially devastating claim, or save them money.
I grew up in La Habra and went to Sonora High School, which is now right across the street from our office. I didn’t think at this point in my career that I would still be helping the community I grew up in. I went to Cal Poly Pomona University and studied Business/Finance and then settled down with my family, having twins. My son and daughter have taken over my life, and everything I do is for them.
When I’m not working you can find me outdoors or at the gym. I have a very regimented schedule so you can find me working out before work so I can spend time with the family after work. On the weekends, you can usually find me at the BBQ, I love to cook and grill and try different beers from different micro-breweries. I also like to go bass fishing but I don’t do it nearly enough. On a perfect day I would wake up early, get on the lake, turn off the cell phone, fish, and enjoy the moment.
My wife and I are constant supporters of the Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society since we have family directly affected by cancer. We like to get involved in multiple charities throughout the year with our agency and give back where we can.
I have been in the insurance field for over 25 years, working with different providers. I am now the Customer Service Manager for Luitwieler Family Insurance and have been with this agency for over 17 years. I enjoy being able to answer any questions or concerns a customer has regarding their policy and explaining to the customer what their policy covers and recommending coverage based on their need. I get excited when a customer recognizes the value and work we put in for them and appreciates what we were able to do for them.
I love my only son, who is ten and keeps me going and busy, but he is a kind hearted and loving boy. I also really enjoy spending time with my husband and going on walks. When I am not at work, I’m at home helping my son with homework, cooking, or doing house chores like any other mother. I go to soccer practice with my son and spend a lot of time at the games, movies or at family gatherings. I have a secret love for event planning for my family parties. I am very creative when the need comes up especially for my son’s school projects. But, my guilty pleasure is SPICY food, the hotter the better!!
When I get free time, I volunteer at my son’s school and can’t wait to help the community he’s growing up in.
I received my insurance license a little over a year ago but have over 7 years of customer service experience. There is always something new to be learned in this field and I love the experience I am getting. I love establishing rapport with our customers so I can make better suggestions when it comes to their insurance needs. Whether it’s saving money or increasing coverage, having their best interest is my priority. We never know when accidents may happen but it’s gratifying knowing that I was able to contribute to peace of mind in their time of need
You can often find me talking about my two nieces and one nephew who I enjoy spending time with when they come to visit me. On the weekends, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or getting a workout in the gym or outdoors. I am a fitness enthusiast and love recreating healthier versions of my favorite meals. I absolutely love my four-legged son, Randi! He is a 4-year-old maltipoo and we go on daily walks together.
I like to be involved and volunteer at my church and can’t wait to see all of the exciting things we do to help our community!
